Welcome to Stars Thoughts!

Hello! I cover the Dallas Stars as an independent, full-time beat reporter who is able to do this because of the support of readers like you!

What does “cover” mean, you might ask? (Please ask.) Thanks for asking! That means I’m on-site in Dallas (and occasionally on the road) to cover Stars press conferences, interviews, practices, games, and a whole host of other events (like the occasional visit to Finland, for instance). It means I’m as on top of what’s going on with the team and all its various operations as a reporter can be. And it means I’m writing about it for you.

As far as regular features here at Stars Thoughts, I’ll be covering every single game with a full recap (AfterThoughts). There are also regular Roundups during the week, along with exclusive interviews with players, coaches, and other team officials, and whatever other news or analysis you all demand! Also, I will occasionally write silly things, because it is my site, and I am allowed to do that. Just try to stop me.
